CANCELLATION POLICY

I require 48 Hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

I understand that life happens.

If you are experiencing uncontrollable circumstances or an emergency, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I will carefully examine the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis with compassion and understanding.
